Plan 1822 for Licence RAN078173 seems to be stuck in a loop due to a couple factors.
The agent was named after they confirmed their part of the plan. So they cannot confirm again. You are looking into this one.,
There was a non-use given during the confirmation process which reduced the AUMs in FTA; which means that the plan can no longer be confirmed because the grazing schedule AUMs exceed the allotted AUMs
The range agrologist (nor I) can change the plan back to staff draft, it says because the Total AUMs exceeds the Authorized AUMs; but we need to change it to staff draft to fix that, but we can't. I am not sure if it will not go back to staff draft because of the single confirmation or it will not do it because the AUMs exceed
We cannot be stuck in this type of loop. How do we fix it if you are not there. It should be able to be changed back to staff draft if it has not been confirmed by all agreement holders or approved by the decision maker. That would allow the agrologist to be able to make the required changes.
In the meantime, can you please change RAN078173 to staff draft so that the district can make changes.
