repomountie isn't accounting for changes to wiki when open the "stale" issue #157

repomountie does not seem to take into account if a wiki has been updated recently when advising people that their repo is "stale". This might even apply to activity on issues as well. For example, this issue was opened

Despite the wiki having been updated very recently:

repo-mountie[bot] commented 2 years ago

Its often hard for people to acknowledge that some things are just not that important and, unfortunately, some issues will never get done - like this issue for example; Its been stagnant for 90 days. For me, being a robot, I'm happy to face the facts and, as a result, I'm closing this issue.
