repo-mountie Issue "Add missing topics" ministry code list out of date #189

Describe the issue I received an issue from the repo-mountie asking me to add a topic to my repo using ministry short codes. The list of codes appears to not contain the latest ministry name changes, including FOR, WLRS, JEDI.

Definition of done The issue table updated with current ministry codes, or issue revised if no longer valid practice.

Its often hard for people to acknowledge that some things are just not that important and, unfortunately, some issues will never get done - like this issue for example; Its been stagnant for 90 days. For me, being a robot, I'm happy to face the facts and, as a result, I'm closing this issue.
