Its often hard for people to acknowledge that some things are just not that important and, unfortunately, some issues will never get done - like this issue for example; Its been stagnant for 90 days. For me, being a robot, I'm happy to face the facts and, as a result, I'm closing this issue.
If you're sad and want to re-open this issue you'll have another 90 days to address it.
Or, if you want me to ignore this issue and never close it again, add the label "neverstale".
A lot of bcgov teams use contractors for developing or co-developing code in bcgov GitHub (e.g., Code-With-Us and via other procurement methods). I have received verbal feedback from a vendors who is frustrated about getting notifications from {repomountie} long after completing work for bcgov. Dealing with these issues (notifications and closing issues) takes their time with is unpaid.
The issue is not resolved when the contractor is removed from the collaborator list, because {repomountie} appears to assign users from code contributors, in addition to from other sources (collaborators).
Definition of done {repomountie} does not assign users no longer responsible for maintaining the repo.
