PRDT: Policy Inventory

Description:

Next step from user story mapping session: take inventory of current problem areas associated with current policies and clarify which ones are set in stone vs. which ones can be changed. We can document bigger issues (e.g., legislated fees, maximum stay) but main focus should be on small "p" operational policies/rules for backcountry bookings.

I think we can call this done backcountry policies have been identified in the spreadsheet in this ticket, problem areas documents, high, med, low priority for review has been identified.

There is a meeting Sept 10th with reservations team to discuss finer details, develop questions for further interviews with public and POs on the high priority policies, as well we will identify POs to participate and identifying timing of future sessions.
