Backcountry: [EPIC] next steps for data collection from first 3 parks #22

Description:

This ticket is to take the inventory, place, permit and policy data collected for our first 3 parks (from camis, bcparks.ca manual review, strapi, and other internal documents) and review it in combination with the geospatial data from citywide (This is a curation ticket.

Note: this is more of an encompassing epic ticket

(Captured in # 7 mapping front end setup)--> next steps will include: have ui deployed in aws (minimal map) that is wired up and hooked up to the data that exists in our opensearch right now. therefore deliverable = get it into an environment
