Added environment alert to the header to alert what environment. #356

Environment prop must be passed in for this to work.

Sbc Footer can be passed the string 'DEV', 'TEST', or 'PROD' for a banner with a color to appear.
Passing anything else or nothing at all will not cause the banner to appear
