clarify MDL and censoring component #82

If you ignore values below detection limit this does not remove from final data, more info need on what ignore data below MDL means and how it will change with censored data piece added, 'account for data censoring' and 'exclude missing values'. Or at least we should know the details to add to users guide, How does action chosen with MDL in Tidy tab affect the data censoring piece here.
