fitted distributions not plotting with lnorm lnorm #109

This was flagged by users. Rick van Dam provided a dataset that demonstrates the problem and I was able to reproduce. It is caused by the rescale argument with the error message:

Warning: Transformation introduced infinite values in x-axis
