renamed app. make a copy and figure out how to forward to ssdca-shiny GitHub page also forward old web address to new also need to use ssdtools package instead of ssdca

done GitHub automatically redirects when repo is renamed now deploying at two sites in deploy.R script - this is 'next best' solution since creation of multiple URLs requires professional license
