Extreme weather conditions(Emergency Responders, Highways officers): Test the application's ability to plan a route under extreme weather conditions including, snow, rain, flooding, and wildfires. Verify that the application considers road closures and traffic delays caused by weather when providing an optimal route and can suggest alternative routes if necessary. Additionally, test the application's ability to optimize charging stops based on the weather.

@alixcote - this item was recently brought forward. just confirming the Route Planner web service currently does not reflect weather conditions.

@NicoledeGreef It does not right now take into account road closures and traffic delays, but we do have a demo showing the use of Open511 data, so it could be something we look at in the future.
