Geomark tool config #78

This adds configuration for the Geomark tool.

Also consider adding 'geomark' to the list of tools in the CLI (./smk-create/index.js line 164).

Thanks, I didn't notice this.

I've added it locally but when selected during use of smk-create, geomark tool prefs aren't added to the smk-config file, so it looks like there's more I need to do to enable this ... am investigating.
