Verify that it looks good, if so merge the pull request which will trigger a prod deployment, otherwise close the pull request without merging

The changes are fine, but we need to communicate with the client telling them why the Topographic basemap option is being removed before this change hits production.

We've communicated with the customer about the removal of the National Geographic basemap; this is captured in MAP-3235.
