Basemaps: 'Advance Imagery' and 'Terrain' basemaps do not allow map to open #122

When opening/previewing the map window, of basemaps are set to 'Advance Imagery' or'Terrain' the map window will not open.

An error message was returned stating "smk viewer #smk-map-frame failed to initalize"

Also, Advance Imagery and Terrain layer do not show on mini map, instead makes mini map disappear. Other Basemaps work for minimap

The Admin UI was updated to a newer version of the ESRI leaflet tool, which includes these new basemaps types. The client is using a previous version. We'll update accordingly so these map options no longer fail

Terrain is not enabled in the client, as it is a fairly crappy base map. It will be removed from the admin UI. "Advanced Imagery" should be renamed to "Imagery" in the Admin UI
