Do not see attribution in the map viewer #153

In the layer editor of the configuration utility, the user is able to edit the Attribution field.

Is this field visible anywhere in the map viewer and for the DataBC Catalog Layers, should this field be editable?

It should appear on the bottom edge of the map when that particular layer is visible.
