Export of uploaded data files #234

When a site containing uploaded data is exported, the files are put in 'attachments' not 'Attachments'. the folder has to be renamed in order to pick up the data when the site is viewed.

How to reproduce

-Create a site with uploaded data -export the site -try to launch the site and view the data -rename the 'attachements' folder with a capital 'A' -issue fixed

everything is aligned with "attachments" (lower case 'a') now so we can close this one.
