What behaviour I'm expecting and which behaviour I'm seeing
We're seeing some inconsistent "Zoom to" link behaviour
-would expect all "Zoom to" links in the feature pop-ups to zoom the user in close enough to see streets regardless of when/how the pop-ups are invoked (e.g. clicking on a feature or searching for features in the search by attribute form)
-try clicking the point ("New Beginnings") near Port Hardy that is not clustered and then try the Zoom to link in the resulting pop-up; the map does not zoom in at all
-search Residential Care facilities as follows:
then click a result and click "Zoom to" on the resulting pop-up (zooms in a bit but not to the feature on road level); this is perhaps because the 2 results are in Surrey and Kelowna, so the map only zooms you to the extent of both?
How to reproduce

Minimal example reproducing the issue
