A tool that behaves like query tool for placename search. The placename search is very similar in a lot of ways to the query tool, but with some significant differences. Chiefly that the placename search tool puts the input field in the toolbar. It would be useful to have a tool like query that put the input field in the panel for placename search.

This is a feature added for WFONE app, and the implementation is contained in https://github.com/qqnluaq/smk-client/tree/feature/wfone
