Make a better checkbox for `layers` and `query` #301

Make a widget to replace the checkboxes in layers and query with something that is more mobile friendly.

This is a feature added for WFONE app, and the implementation is contained in https://github.com/qqnluaq/smk-client/tree/feature/wfone
