Tenant UI library updates #1432

Friday afternoon dependency updates (Didn't PR this last friday 😄)

Update dependencies also remove a library being used in one spot to verify IDIR token in the Tenant UI backend that wasn't being updated and interfering with some other packages. Replace with a simple middleware function
