Added lear db connection info #63

Looking good so far. We'll need the FQN for the host which includes the namespace the host is running in, for example; postgresql-lear-standby-dev.73c567-dev. We'll also need to store the credentials for the databases securely since we don't have access to the secret store in the other project in order to wire directly.
