Request: Publishing of von-network docker image on BCGov's Docker Hub #162

Is it possible to build & publish the docker image to the BCGov Docker Hub with GitHub actions? That would allow faster developer on-boarding of related projects, such as the Business Partner Agent which currently requires the developer wishing to run a local network to checkout this repository and build the docker image manually.
