Please evolve the IIWBook demo to become ConfBook or some even more clever name, playing on the Book theme. This is needed for our workshop at the Hyperledger Global Former. Here are the envisioned changes:
Change the look and feel to be more generic. Be creative :-) Use the new name, remove the IIW logo and colours.
Keep the backend, but remove the backend approval process.
Add a form between the verification of the email credential and the issuance of the new credential for the user to enter:
Name
Select the conference they attended, with a list of options that we can extend by (at worst) redeploying the app.
Include the form entered fields in the credential
In the back end, sort the list of but date/time of last credential issuance.
Continue to have just one entry per email address.
