Update hosted agents to 0.5.4-beta2 image #350

Update agent deployments to use the new 0.5.4-beta2 image to enable support for the revamped revocation workflow, while waiting for an official 0.5.4 release.

Urgent updates:

[x] agent-lsbc (dev, test, prod)
[x] agent-prime (dev, test, prod)

Other updates:

[x] identity-kit (test, prod)
[x] essential-services-delivery (dev, test, prod)
[x] a2a-issuer (dev, test)
[x] devops-vc-issuer

All services have been updated to use the beta image, and their deployment configurations have been updated so that revocation support will be seamless once it gets added.
