Now that the Aries-VCR instances of the BC Registries Agent and OrgBook have been launched we need to provision mirror instances for performing data reloads etc.
With the von-x instances we were able to simple transfer the routes back and forth as needed and agents would be directed at the appropriate instance.
The aries agents have publicly published endpoints that need to be managed, and agent connections contain a reference to the endpoint at the time the connection was made. This makes transferring the routes between mirrors more difficult to manage, especially when needing to reload environments independently of each other when there are multiple issuing agents.
