OrgBook db SQL copy of business_name attributes and possible SOLR reindex #367

As part of the final step in activating autocomplete searching of CRA Business Numbers in OrgBook, a SQL command/script needs to copy business_number entries from the Attribute table to the Name table. This may also require a reindexing of SOLR.
