Tracking the status of the OCP Migration

Status as of 2021.03.25:

OrgBook and BC Reg Environments

The initial migration to the OCP4 dev environment was completed last week. Both are fully operational. Left to do:

Upgrade to Postgres 12, and Solr 8.8.1 - Assigned to Wades
Provision/Update resources in test and prod. - Wade B
Migrate data. We have ideas on a working process for migrating the data, rather than reloading. Reloading would disrupt our existing clients and require them to re-issue their credentials. Better we come up with a more enterprise solution that is less disruptive. If it works, it will be easier, and has the potential to be faster. - Wades

Remaining effort (more of a time to completion) - a week or two.

Currently wrapping up, should be done early next week. - Emiliano, Wade K

identity-kit: splitting config out of issuer-kit and deploying services, restoring data for the prod instance
Migrate ledger browser instances
Ensure webhooks are setup for OCP4 pipelines

OCP4 migrations are complete. All OCP3 environments have been decommissioned and deleted.
