What I think we need is a) switch to sen slope in zyp package
b) calculate sen slope with symmetric cis
c) add argument to break out by month using a vector of months indicating breaks
ie NULL is entire year
6 is break by Jan-June and July-Dec
c(1,6) is Jan, Feb-June and July-Dec etc
Then some basic testing.
