Improved documentation and fix to wetland_map function #3

  1. Removed erroneous lines from wetland_map function that were mistakenly left behind from a previous version.
  2. Changed package version to 0.0.0.9000, to indicate this package is in development, plus refined package DESCRIPTION file.
  3. Added more complete documentation to functions.
  4. Added package documentation (in wetlandmapR.R) and updated README.
