The kustomize base was copied from the tenant repo for deploying WordPress instances.
Images are now built using Kustomize.
The old OpenShift Template deployments and image builds were removed.
Deployments to OpenShift, and local Kubernetes cluster was tested with the new deployment code.

I know it was probably difficult to avoid given the nature of this change, but this PR was a little eye-watering to review.

I wonder if there's anything we can do to make yaml files easier on the eyes... They are better than OpenShift Templates, and to be fair, deployment yaml's can be a bit eye-watering by nature.
