OK to delete flow-report branch #164

@hangler - just some custodial work here - I'm I good to delete this branch?

This branch was related to the Flow Report on the previous iteration of the app. That functionality did not end up getting delivered in that iteration (or this one, for that matter), but I believe there is still some interest in developing the Flow Report going forward. In such a case the code in this branch might still be useful, even if it's out-of-date, if only to see how the flow report was being approached before. Tagging in @karmour in case he has any additional comments on this.

Let's keep it for reference - we are actively working on producing the data that will eventually be used in this segment of the application, and will want to dust it off and get it operational at a later date. Thanks!
