Add latest commit version to output file #165

Testing to see if the functionality suggested by @robinwn actually works!

@hangler @karmour , I ended up adding 'REACT_APP_GIT_SHA=${GITHUB_SHA::6}' just prior to the 'yarn build' in the github action and now the short sha is showing up nicely at the bottom of the front page

@robin Thanks, I noticed it didn't get outputted using the command I had (though it does on a development machine) and you supplied exactly the missing piece!
