added ftl lookup
added /v1.0.0 route
added redis (on the fly runs nice and fast on my local - but for some reason is terribly slow in production!)
added elevation/slope/aspect

Since redis is pretty integral to HFI and now this, we should probably have a yaml configuration for it so we can guarantee it exists idempotently.
