As a Consultant and BCWS Employee I want to see what could be displayed in a graph So That i can see the newer ways of visually displaying data related to the 90th percentile calculator

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Given (Context), When (action carried out), Then (expected outcome)
[x] Proof of Concept for 3 Weather stations (use the 3 originally provided by Dana) for ISI, BUI, FFMC
[x] include 10 year, 20 year, and full time range options
[x] Miro prototype of how this information could be incorporated into the calculator

additional context CSV file is not in source control (Andrea, Sy, and Nithin have copies) using accessible colour combos approved by Govt' loop in Prakriti not integrated into the application this is a prototype/Proof of concept for feedback
