Calculate daily FWI Indices on Forecasted model weather data

As a Fire Weather Forecaster and FBAN I want to calculate FWI indices using forecasted model weather data So That I can predict fire weather indices into the future

Additional Context

• need to ensure that the calculations are the same as what is done in the fire weather database
• need live actual weather data to use as a starting point for future date predicitons

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Given I have forecasted modeled weather data, When I select a weather station(s), Then I get FWI index values predicted into the future
• [ ] Given I change my forecast, When I act out that change, Then forecast FWI values change as well.

the WF1 team already have code to calculate FWIs. They did a chunk of work on UI work and their FWI calculations are ready to be debugged. Putting this on hold for a week while I work through defining the line between the two teams.
