Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Calculate on any input change; calcs are automatic when all weather inputs are available in the forecast summary tab
[ ] Use N/A where there are missing input weather OR FWI starting code values
[ ] Display calculations only; values will not be saved OR submitted to WF1
