C-Haines: CORS errors requested data from object store #3587

Actual Behaviour

All requests for json/kml files from object store result in CORS errors.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to C-Haines
  2. Choose a date with data
  3. See errors in dev console

Expected Behaviour

Requests for json/kml from object store should succeed.
