Display Wind Speed & Direction Forecast Data (Historic and Future)

As a Forecaster) I want Forecast data on Wind Speed and Direction So That Analyze trends in the forecasts

Additional Context

• this ticket covers forecast data and historic forecast data for Wind Speed and Direction
• we are open to using Wind Roses for forecast or graph with cardinal directions
• Forecasts are done at 4:30pm the day before and 8:30pm the day of for the noon forecast of a given day and up to the next 5 days

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Given I have selected atleast one weather station, When look the forecast information, Then I should see a visual representation of wind speed and direction for the past 5 days
• [ ] Given I have selected atleast one weather station, When look the forecast information, Then I should see a visual representation of wind speed and direction for the next 5 days

question here is whether we should visually display all forecasts for the next 5 days or just the most recent forecast
