ASA - Top Nav Label Updates #3964

As a user of ASA, I want the navigation of the initial properties (date, data source, Fire Centre) to be responsive and legible so I can see all the options clearly.

Background: To accommodate the displaying of the ASA on various device widths, the Labels of the dropdowns have been updated to be just one word. Changes of old to new below:

Date of Interest = Date Time Frame = Source Select Fire Centre = Centre
