Describe the task Deploy SchemaSpy? for each Postgres instance so that database architects in NRIDS can review changes to the database.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Integrate SchemaSpy? into our Openshift platform.
[ ] Should create SchemaSpy? for each PR

Additional Context

Solution used in the past has been SchemaSpy - there may be a better solution: http://schemaspy.org/

@Sybrand , @andrea-williams , any idea if this is still relevant? I can't see what value SchemaSpy provides over any other DB GUI tool. With local GUI tools, we don't even need to deploy anything, saving cluster resources.

@conbrad I'll update the ticket - the intention behind it is missed in the description. It is relevant, just very low priority.
