Describe the task

Can we engineer current components to work on desktop + mobile, using React Native (build an app locally)?

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] 2 different apps: Full React Native desktop and mobile OR just a Mobile React Native app?
• [ ] Reengineering our current desktop Advisory Bulletin OR the Infographic (or rebuild using Raj's Breakpoints)
