Should 'Active Ingredient' in MethodNotes be moved to Total - Active Ingredient in component column #69

The calculation of toxicity was done based on concentration of active ingredient so the guideline units should be ug a.i./L. But for component, this is typically referring to whether the sample is filtered before laboratory analysis so this should remain as total.
