Currently, all the Oct.1, 2024 commits are in or designated to be in the oct_1_2024_stuff branch, but it appears only the forecast report stuff should be released on Oct.1, and everything else should be released Oct.20. Please confirm this and re-organize the existing commits, and communicate the confirmation + resulting branches/PR procedures to the development team.
