Describe the task Update the wording in the reporting system to reflect the changes introduced by the new ZEV Act and Regulations for the 2024 compliance period and beyond. Apply these changes only starting from MY2024 and avoid impacting previous model years. Implement the specific changes outlined in the table provided by the business area, which details updates for both the Supplier side and the internal side.

Purpose This task aligns the reporting system with the updated ZEV Act and Regulations, maintaining compliance with new requirements while safeguarding the accuracy of data for previous model years.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Wording on each page and subpage is updated according to the specific changes listed in the table for both IDIR and Supplier (BCeID) sides.
• [ ] Conditional formatting is applied so that new wording only affects MY2024 and later model years.
• [ ] All relevant pages and subpages are updated as specified in the table.
