ZEVA - Reassessment copy-paste not working in some browsers #2289

Describe the Bug If you create a reassessment report and edit values, you have to delete the value and type it in. Editing just one digit does not work and copy pasting does not work.

Expected Behaviour You can copy paste into reassessment cells.

Actual Behaviour The value gets copied and pasted but the calculations are not affected by it.

Implications Users have to manually type in numbers. They may also not realize this behaviour is happening.

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour: User/Role:

  1. Open Firefox or Edge and login as a policy analyst
  2. Go to Compliance Reporting
  3. Click on an assessed report
  4. Create a reassessment
  5. Edit the number by copy pasting
  6. Credit numbers that are supposed to change remain the same
