mis.hist missing when running characterization stage

Hi all,

I keep getting this error every time I try to run genome mode on a certain reference fasta:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/nanosim_workdir/nanopore_training_genome/training_mis.hist'
