re-generating wrappers #75

re-generated the wrappers for the latest push/fixes @lcoombe made to indexlr for stLFR header files.

Thanks @aafshinfard! Just curious - do you think it's been awhile since we've regenerated the wrappers? The changes seem more extensive then I'd expect with the small indexlr change I made?

I have not looked into the lines to see what exactly changed... but if you're looking at the number of lines changed (and I agree its a big number) I think that's very inaccurate... like for the other btllib.i file, it basically did not change but had like +30 -30 changes.

Ah yes - I was looking at the diff, but see what you mean - it's equal additions/deletions for both, so likely just rearrangement of code?
