In v1.0.0 we have the version set to v0.2.0 in our scripts and that makes conda test on version fail
Also, there were some issues with physlr-molecules.cc, I could fix that by spending some time but since this code is not integrated into the pipeline, I just avoid compiling it to avoid the errors... We may decide to fix and integrate the c++ version of molecules separation at a later time.
