missing r packages #187

Sorry, should have checked the CI tests before adding you. Will look into it in the same PR to make sure the master branch stays alright.

while sklearn was already in the serup.py, figured out that I also need scikit-learn. Probably a change due to different versions and deprecations... just checking if I can remove sklearn.
