Use with synthetic peptides #3

I was wondering whether it would be possible to use this tool to predict toxicity of peptides that contain unnatural amino acids.

Hi @thewbot,

Currently, tAMPer only supports peptides with natural amino acids, and you can also indicate C-terminal amidation. We'll make a note of your interest in predicting toxicity of peptides with unnatural amino acids - that's something we may look into adding in the future.
